Assessment tools which have been tested for validity and reliability are used during selection process. We also have strict standards for developing these tools, for their implementation and the evaluation of results.

We treat all the applications as confidential, record the CV’s of the applicants into Evyap Human Resources database and retain them for 6 months.

  • APPLICATION PROCESS

    The process starts with posting ads on the career sites related to the specific job opening. Also, you can reach all of our job listings under the “Join our Family” tab in our website.

  • SELECTION AND PLACEMENT PROCESS

    After carefully screening the applications, we create a short list amongst the applications received and invite these candidates for a detailed competency-based interview. For positive candidates after these interviews, we conduct a general skills test, an English test, and a personal inventory test. We than initiate the reference check and offer process for the final candidate while informing the remaining candidates about the outcome of their applications via email.

  • OFFER AND ORIENTATION PROCESS

    At the end of above processes we make an offer to the best candidate(s). After placing the right candidate to the right job, we schedule the prospective member of our family in to our orientation program which includes Head Quarter and Tuzla plant visits together with sales experience on field as well.
